How often do you have classes?
This varies depending on your location. We mostly have classes in areas once a month depending on popularity of the class.
Why get a non-resident CWP?
Most states’ resident permits are honored by a limited number of other states. Combining your home-state permit with a non-resident permit from certain other states will enable you to carry in most of the country. The Utah, Florida, and Arizona permits are three of the most widely-recognized multi-state permits in the United States.

What could stop me from receiving my concealed carry permit?
In general any felony convictions violent or nonviolent, any active restraining order, any active domestic violence issues, multiple DUI convictions, in some states a Dishonorable Discharge from the Military and admittance to a mental institution. These vary by state but are the most common problems.
How old do I need to be to take the concealed carry class?
Minimum age is 16 years old and accompanied by a legal guardian. You must be 21 years old before most states will issue a permit.

What if I signed up but can't make the class?
The cancellation and no-show policies for your class are outlined in your registration confirmation email. We require a 48 hour notice if you will not be able to attend your scheduled class. If you have further questions, Give us a call at at 1 (866) 371-6111.
What kind of firearm will I be shooting?
In both our regular concealed carry class and women-only classes we will provide a .22 caliber handgun, or you can provide a handgun of your choosing.
Do I need to bring a firearm to the class?
You are welcome to bring your own firearm and ammunition but it must remain in the car until we get to the range. If you do not have a firearm we will provide you one.

Do I need to take the class if I am/was in the military?
Varies by state. Most states recognize your military service as qualification to obtain a permit with a copy of a DD-214. However we do recommend that you still take a class with us which covers the use of force, reciprocity, and restricted areas in that state – legal information that is not part of your military training.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. With many thousands online transactions, we have never received a report that a person’s credit card information had been compromised. We use Authorize.NET and Paypal to process all payments, and our website is encrypted with an SSL security certificate, indicated by the lock icon in your browser’s URL bar.
Do you offer Private Classes
Yes, private classes can be offered for groups of at least 5 people. Group discounts are available for groups 10 or larger. Please submit your city, state, a number of attendees and desired class date along with contact info to email@example.com and we will reach out to you to coordinate a class.
What is Reciprocity?
Many States recognize (honor) a permit or license issued by other States. Recognition (Reciprocity) may be granted to all states or some that a reciprocal state feels meets a set of permit-issuing criteria, such as training comparable to the honoring state or certain background checks. Several states have entered into formal agreements to mutually recognize permits. This arrangement is commonly called reciprocity or mutual recognition. A few states do not recognize permits issued by any other jurisdiction, but offer non-resident permits for out-of-state individuals (who possess a valid concealed carry permit from their home state) who wish to carry while visiting such states. There are also states that neither recognize out-of-state concealed carry permits nor issue permits to non-residents, resulting in a complete ban on concealed carry by non-residents in such states.
