- Registering for a class with Equip 2 Conceal Firearms Group constitutes an agreement to attend the class in which you enrolled. Staffing is based on registrations. After your confirmation is sent via email, tuition payments are non-refundable, but those funds may be applied to a future class with at least 48 hours notice from the registered class date if there is a seat available. This also applies to classes cancelled by Equip 2 Conceal Firearms Group.
- Classes forced to reschedule because of Covid-19 are not eligible for refunds.
- Weather related cancellations are possible. Please ensure that you look at our website and the specific class in question to see if it has been cancelled. You can also contact our Operations center at 1-866-371-6111. If the class has been cancelled you will need to call and reschedule. Please have your receipt in hand to expedite this process. We DO NOT refund for weather related cancellations since these are beyond our control.
- The only items you need to bring to the class is a copy of your registration receipt, a State issued ID, and notepad with pen.
- TRUE emergencies are handled on a case by case basis. Please call 866-371-6111 to reschedule. Our support team is available from 9am-5pm EST 7 days a week.
- All reschedules must be done within 30 days of your scheduled class date. You may apply your reschedule to a different location with the same class offering that is currently on the Equip 2 Conceal website, if desired.
- If you begin a registration but don't complete payment, we will send you courtesy reminders before the date you started signing up for. We may send the reminder by text, email, or phone call.
